Waiting 8 QSOs for a station to ID is like for a child waiting for Santa
Claus on Christmas Day...

The 3 QSO ID rule is a good attempt to bring back courtesy into contesting
and not just dependence on cluster spots for ID.

Skilled operators manage to but have high run rates and to be good IDers.
The best ones ID after basically all QSOs and still win the contests.
