I hope we don't get carried away with this idea especially during the
upcoming political campaign cycle where we have pseudo names given out
to make a political statement such as Hillary, Jeb, Mitt, Dr. Ben, and
Rand etc.

Such as:
10.1 An operator may use his given name, or a common nickname.
10.2 An operator may use the name of a Silent Key as a memorial.
...and so forth.
