IMHO, nothing. But was that the intent of the rule change? Are there other
forms of "assistance" that prompted the change?

And, as someone else pointed out, the rule now prohibits changing the log
based on information provided by SCP. Doesn't seem like that was intended,
and given the past history and ubiquitous nature of SCP an explicit
statement would be appropriate.
