If you have a small station you really don't have much a chance to qualify unless you have a friend who has >a large station and allows you to operate. Another possibility is your friend qualifies and picks you as their >teammate. skip Jeff IMHO the only fair selection approach would be to organize couple of WRTC like completions during selection period in each selection area. Then based on the results of these area based competitions the winners would be selected for WRTC proper. Participants of these local competitions could use simple setup that Jeff has described.
