I was having the very same feelings, like this is really a bummer.
So much so, I was really thinking of dumping all the technology, and try SS this year the same way I did in 1976,
A Straight key and paper logs, dupe sheets, mult check off list.
Except feel sorry for the ARRL if I send in the logs.
But thought it might be a lot of fun to try old school method again. Talk about a "Classic Class of entry"
