Most likely he's experimenting with an aim toward running maximum power in
some future contest and sees the NAQP as a convenient test bed. I
sincerely doubt he's trying to ruin anything for the rest of us. For the
NAQP,
it's one more station to work and I for one will be interested in his
conclusions, if he cares to share.
