[CQ-Contest] LOTW Help

Continuing my quest to get old contest files into the LOTW system, I have 
worked my way through all the TR-Log and NA files at this time. Now am 
starting on my CT files in 2000 and earlier.
I have the usual CT output files for all my early contests. What conversion 
method from what CT file will generate the ADI format suitable for input 
into the LOTW system?
