The lower edge of your LSB signal is probably at least 2.5 kHz 
below your dial frequency. 7127 is too low, 7128 should be ok.

For the USA it is 7.125, if I wanted to stay legal and keep my LSB 
signal in the US band I would want to not transmit any lower than say 
7.127? Do I have this right?
