7.128 is the lowest I will go when in the US however I heard a number of
US stations below that in last weekend's contest so I am wondering if the
FCC rules have changed. A few US stations even called me below 7.100MHz.

For the USA it is 7.125, if I wanted to stay legal and keep my LSB signal
in the US band I would want to not transmit any lower than say 7.127? Do I
have this right?
