Steve,
 I agree with you. And I will go further to say that CW ops and SKCC are
precisely the training grounds for new CW operators.

We also need to market the technician CW privileges that they already have
rather than saying that they can’t do anything on HF. Techs have the same
CW privileges at low power that generals have on 40,80,15 and 10 which are
very useful contest bands.
