Because NAQP was established many years ago as a low power, unassisted
contest, which established its character. Most of us liked it that way
-- Rules favored the little guns. Now, we see it becoming just like any
other contest, with Rules favoring the best stations, and the worst of
them abusing good operating practice. Spotting HAS, sadly, changed the
nature of this contest, and not for the better.
