I am reassured/satisfied to know only the W/K's will have those QSO's
removed from their own log and not my log.

Every single really big WorldWide type contest I have many American friends
call me when I am on 7.070MHz phone, 14.125MHz phone or 28.255MHz phone when
I am primarily working EU/DX. (I'm not the only VE having this happen to
them of course)

As a typical "polite" Canadian, I used to really really try to coach the W/K
fellas not to call me when I am below their phone band(s), (sometimes using
partial calls, so not as to call them out, on air) I tried to warn them they
were out of band etc. but I got as many mean & nasty replies and sometimes
subsequent DQRM and accusations that I , too, was out of band, (sometimes
even nasty emails!!) unfortunately I just had to give up being VE polite and
now I simply work them and move on.

Thanks for all the 10m Q's this past weekend everyone ! I had a fantastic
time and appreciated all the Q's (OOB or otherwise)

BTW not working them is just as bad as advising them they're OOB. DRQM,
yelling, whatever. Any VE will tell you. (it's a nice idea, but in
actuality, it sadly doesn't work)

angly indeed.

To avoid the NIL problem, it's probably best not to work them. That said, my

guess (and only a guess) is that the added QSO count from working them is a
wash against others that later remove the QSOs.

PS: On a positive note, take notice that we have already received over 8000
logs from last weekend's WW!
