POINTS: A simple table such as:
BAND: 160 80 40 30 20 17 15 12 10 2
CW = 6 6 6 0 3 0 3 0 3 0
SSB = 3 3 3 0 2 0 2 0 2 0
we be very straightforward and flexible. Multiple tables could be
used if points vary between same zone, same country, and different
continent, etc.
Pre-programmed CW memories are missing (F1-F7, QSO-B4, etc.)
DVP message file path is missing
DVP RAM disk is missing
