| Hi Jim... The "key down" problem on CT is well documented here on the reflector. Just do anything that causes the program to key the radio -- I use a function key and turn the PTT off so I'm not on the air -- and the program will start keying properly. You said the PK-232 works, I assume for packet. I understand this requires a "mod" at least for older PK-232s.
