[ct-user] ADMINISTRATIVE: ct-user needs a new list owner

I would like to find someone to take over the ownership of the CT-USER 
reflector. The main day-to-day duties involve removing bad (returned or 
bouncing) addresses from the list, and approving (or rejecting) posts by 
non-subscribers, or those that tripped some administrative filter, 
including formatted mail and attachments.

It uses the MajorDomo mailing list manager.  You can read more about the
