We mainly use Flashrom setups.
But we do have a couple 200mW radios in RG's though.
When we see an SNR of 1 it is usually because we have a problem with
that link. Either the pigtail isn't seated properly or has vibrated
loose. I have seen everything from loose pigtails to radio cards that
are not seated properly.
We have our radios all outdoor mounted and in some kinda strange
places.
At times there is allot of vibration from big equipment so vibration
is our worst enemy. And silicone is my friend.... ;-)
But to answer your question.. We have seen the low SNR but it has
always been fixed and the SNR has jumped back up.
But at first we thought it was a bogus reading. But then the link
would drop off every now and then.... So it kinda makes me think that
the readings are correct.
