I just tried an EnGenius 200mW card with fimware version 1.5.6 which is the 
latest prism firmware that I know of and the wireless link test looks does 
provide believable values on both sides of the link.  However, logging into the 
RG-1100 to perform the link test with the Base Station still shows SNR 1 -94 & 
-95.

Not that I really care all that much... The link test is a good tool for 
quickly finding problems but to really find out what's going on we use spectrum 
analyzers.
