I simple thermoform mold can be made to about $250. The parts end up a
little more expensive, but in the quantities you are talking about, that is
the way to go. If you are looking for a part, contact me and we can discuss
the cheapest way of manufacturing it and getting it to you.

Well I guess a injection mold wouldnt be so cheap.... :-)

And I don't need to get to the compact flash today. But I might in 6 months
who knows... And with mounting radios in outdoor enclosures it is always
nice to have the boards mounted in the box with velcro. We have some mounted
in strange locations and it is allot faster to just take the old radio out
and put the new one in if you need to. (Just trying to think of the future)

And your enclosures are about twice as expensive as the metal enclosures
that we use now. And that is including everything that you are selling with
it. I can do the same thing for about $39 from a local electrical shop.
And we still use your POE boxes. Which are really nice. (I love the newest
ones!!)
So if you can sell those boxes at about $40 + shipping I might consider
buying qty 25. (But I doubt you can)

Nate

The average injector mold cost about $10k to $30k to make so they only
way to makes sent is if you do a very large run even $10k its still a $1
before the cost of the material and labor to make it and don't forget
margin on the product itself :) So its not as cheap as you would think.

Question why would you need to get to the CF, at least for now its not
used.

Also FYI our enclosures are setup for the new board:

We can bundle a kit for the board for about $85-$75 so you only need to
add the board and card in qty of 10-15.
