Yup. Could well be. How's the throttling being done? Is this a turbocell client
or an 802.11b client? RTS/CTS settings?


Are these business clients with networks or individual clients and single workstations?
Somebody stays after work and comes in weekends to download all his music and burn
CDs cause it's faster than his dialup at home.
