What are everyone's opinion on bandwidth control. Is it better to do it on each cpe or to have a single point at the head end to manage all bandwidth for users? What type of hardware/software is being used for single point bandwidth management? Thanks. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
