Caleb, I have forwarded this email to our Production Manager. ALL KarlNet
hardware is tested by the manufacturer, I am not sure how many inspection
"points"  items that are required but I can assure you power up and run time
is included. I apologize and will assist in any way to expedite your
exchange. Did you first boot the unit with or without radio installed?. If
radio was installed, who is the manufacturer/model?, What was your power
source?,. Do you need a RMA # ?.

I've had my first out of the box KN-100 failure.  Apply power to the board
and the thing just sits on my test bench whining away.

Karlnet: How did this board get past inspection?  Are boards being inspected
before they're shipped?
