I've got an RMA and I'm sending it back through our distributer. To answer
your questions:

Radio card was installed.

Radio Card is standard Orinoco Gold card manufactured in 2002
Radio Card is currently installed in another KN-100 and is in operation.
> What was your power source?
Power source is a Superworld 12VDC, 1000mA adapter.
Half the KN-100's that arrive are here use the same specific power adapter
when they are programmed .
