The other thing you need to make sure of is that you are using the latest version of the configurator to do the upgrade.

In the past, I've seen numerous instances of an older conifigurator version not being able
to upgrade a unit to the latest version of KarlNet firmware.

If you haven't got it yet, you could get it here....

If you have a WaveWireless SP6 or sp10 (RackMount Server style with Shuttle
motherboard, the only Karlnet Software that will reboot is 4.02. Everything
higher locks up on reboot and requires a hard reset. KArlnet has been aware
of this problem for more than a year. One suggestion is to run the system on
a UPS at a location that you can get to easily if you need to upgrade the
firmware.

I got the key file through WaveWireless since it's was their hardware and they had a good promo at the time. We did have a problem with the key file at first but it got resolved. I was able to load & run karlnet's v4.4 then to v4.5 yesterday but it still locks up every time after the config program saves the new settings or if I power cycle the unit. I have to turn the unit off & on a few time and hope it boots up. Also now when it does run the link lights are off until data is transmitted to or from a cpe unit. I'm using the new config v5.0.0.1 and made sure to get rid of all the others.
