Sounds like your Ethernet port has been blown (either on the hub, or on your
radio)

The hub at the supplier shows a "link" light and I did have them power down
for several minutes.

Most likely ethernet port failure on the rg1000 or at the customers
hub/switch/router
Check the up.down status w/ the configurator
