Hello,

We see the same thing on occasion.  When you access the "Turbocell 
Station Entries", all counters are frozen except one CPE that has only 
the retransmit counter increasing very rapidly.  It is usually the CPE 
with the weakest signal.

Funny how the transmit counter to that faulty CPE does not increase, 
only the re-transmit counter...  What is clear however is that ALL of 
the base's attention is focused on that lone CPE for the duration of the 
issue.  It can sometimes last up to 5 minutes or more, but we usually 
reboot the base and everything comes back until the next time.

We have had this problem since 3.88 and maybe before, so it is not new. 
 We reported this for the first time to Karlnet around May 2002 however 
the support channels at the time were much less developed than they are now.

We have also found that using a different channel is a way of getting 
rid of the problem.
