Same exact symptoms that everyone is describing.  We were on a very hot
tower next to a high power radio station.  We now make sure that the clients
and the ap's are grounded and it has seemed to have resolved the problem for
us.  Our equipment is actually on the ground instead of on the tower due to
the radio station being extremely slow at turning down there power and
letting us climb and work on the equipment.  Our cable LMR600 is also
grounded along with our antenna and any other equipment such as switches and
fiber boxes.
