Just put the 24vdc into the board. 12v is not enough. That is your
problem.
If you are also powering a fan in that box, then make your self a
Ethernet jig to pull the power off the Ethernet before it goes into the
PI-CAT5 power regulator and pull 24 off for the board and then use the
others for your fan or what ever.

I am using a 24v (BreezeComm PI-CAT5 dual) PoE injector/regulator that
delivers 24V at the antenna which is then regulated to 12V and put in

power connector on the KN-100. The run is outdoor UTP about 25 Ft.

Is the performace degradation that you have seen on the TX only?
