[na-user] packet cluster thru internet

since i have installed a separate 2nd telephone line , i would like to
access the packet cluster through the internet.. does NA support this
and how do i set it up? manual for 10.43 doesn't say anything about
packet except through a tnc which is very unreliable in this area.
