Are you sure you are not hearing the amp key relay?  Try setting the amp key
delay to 100 and see if the relay click stops.

No such menu option on my Orion! (1.372)  If you disable the antenna
tuner (is that what you mean?), there is no difference in the keying
relay sound for me.

I suspect the sound comes from the reed relay K2 on assembly A0.  I
haven't dug in to verify it, because it doesn't particularly bother
me.  I haven't found any options in CW mode to kill this relay.  Some
reports say (IIRC) that TT will replace the relay for you, if you ask.
