Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2018 Nov 19 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2727 (N01W65, Bxo/beta) continued to decay over the period. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels on 19-21 Nov.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached moderate levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach moderate levels on 19-21 Nov and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels throughout the forecast period.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at nominal levels. Solar wind speed ranged from 305-350 km/s. Total field was at 1-8 nT while the Bz component was between +/-7 nT. Phi angle was predominantly oriented in a negative solar sector.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to be weakly enhanced on 20-21 Nov due to the influence of a negative polarity CH HSS.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet under a nominal solar wind regime.
Forecast: Mostly quiet conditions are expected on 19 Nov. Quiet to unsettled conditions are expected to prevail on 20-21 Nov due to negative polarity CH HSS activity.
