Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 20 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low and the visible disk was spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected to continue 20-22 Nov.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was normal to moderate and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to remain normal to moderate on 20 Nov and reach high levels on 21-22 Nov due to anticipated CH HSS effects. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to remain at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of a slow regime. Total field strength was primarily 2 to 4 nT and the Bz component underwent weak deviations. Solar wind speed averaged around 350 km/s and the phi angle was mostly negative.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to become elevated late on 20 Nov and persist through 21 Nov due to the arrival of a CIR and subsequent CH HSS. Conditions are expected to begin to wane on 22 Nov.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: Unsettled to active conditions are expected late on 20 Nov due to the arrival of the aforementioned CIR. An isolated period of G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storm conditions is likely on 21 Nov in due to combined CIR and CH HSS effects. Unsettled to active conditions are expected on 22 Nov as the CH HSS effects begin to wane.
