Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2022 Jul 29 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity was at low levels with a C4 flare from Region 3068 (S15E49, Dai/beta) at 29/0433 UTC. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be at low levels on 29-31 Jul.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was mostly moderate, but did briefly reach high levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux maintained background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at moderate to high levels 29-31 Jul. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were nominal. Total field was near 5-6 nT and the Bz component was variable. Solar wind speed decreased from 400-350 km/s. The phi angle was predominantly negative.
Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to be mostly nominal through 31 Jul. Weak enhancements are possible due to a small, positive polarity CH HSS moving into a geoeffective position.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled through 31 Jul. Isolated periods of active levels are possible on 30 Jul due to weak CH HSS influences.
