Just talk to another ham who does landscape work for his son,
He as seen the same problem with the landscape lighting system using
switching powersupplies, will cause rfi to the am broadcast
band. Had to replace the power supply with a non-switching type that he
purchased a Lowes for the lights. the powersupply from
lowes was a linear type, the last time he was there about 3 weeks ago the
same unit was in stock. He said that the led's are all powered from the
supply. He has done this several times with the LED lighting systems.
Maybe this is your problem with the
neighbor.
