Not with Cat5e cable, and even less so with Cat6 cable.
(I am all Cat6 and have no issues on any ham band, 160 up through 10 and
into the VHF/UHF/ and microwave bands.)
All my noise is generated by those %$#*&@@#$ plasma TV's everyone bought 3-5
years ago.

BAD idea -- most wired Ethernet hardware is a source of noise on the HF
and VHF bands, and it's radiated by the cable. Some of this gear also
has RF susceptibility issues.
