Stimulus generalization; the LED types aren't the ones (bulbs) 
that gave OFCOM the problem. You're going to be figuratively
shocked when you finally realize its really a tungsten filament 
lamp (with a vacuum) that OFCOM found to be the problem ...

 Wondering why these bulbs are an issue now, when I made several posts 
regarding them, going back roughly a decade when they began to flood the 
market, with extreme RFI noted in the VHF airband (where I monitor 
daily), and beyond.
