Two years ago I did exactly the same as Clay. I purchased two new monitors that
had External 19 volt wall wart supplies.
No problem I can make those go away. A month or so later at a hamfest I bought
a 0 to 20 volt regulated Lambda 10A supply.
The worst thing was carrying it from the sellers booth to the car. It must
weigh a good 20 pounds. Problem solved. Clean DC
power and zero RFI noise.
