Medtronic will answer your question. Reach out to them and ask to speak to 
their EMI group.

My doctor wanted me to get an ICD from them. What feedback. I received did 
receive said 30 feet minimum, but did not state lowest frequency or power level.

I can say with an ICD vest by Zoll I was able to operate all bands @1000 watts 
with no problem ove4 a period of 60 days. Closest antenna was the 5 band Yagi 
25 feet above me. The G5RV for 40/80 was 40 feet at closest.

Luckily an RF ablation eliminated the need for the ICD at this point.
