Possibly not. In the US, it's an appliance, so not subject to specific
emissions limits under Part 15 rules.

I don't know about all Keurigs, but I've repaired a K155 commercial
machine, and I can tell you that the digital logic control board,
which is a hodgepodge of through hole and surface mount parts, is in a
non-shielded plastic box inside the machine. That board has the logic
chips and power supplies on it, and Keurig engineers were probably not
thinking about RFI when they designed it, but that's just my
speculation.
