Haha,

If he is upset at how you contacted Solar Edge, he’d be very angry about some 
ways I’ve reached corporate execs of companies where the normal support route 
went nowhere. 

Bob is right, sometimes it takes creativity to get through a company’s 
defenses. Try the normal route first. But if you get stonewalled then all bets 
are off.
