“What you really mean is that you misrepresented yourself and lied about
being an installer.  Our hobby doesn't need to be known for fostering that
kind of vendor relationship.  Frankly, I hope those of us here are done
assisting you.”

Well when you call a company and the only options are getting lost in press
1,2,3 jungle that leads to nowhere you do what you need to to speak with a
real person. It worked, and Solar Wave called me back, and was very
interested in assisting. At the beginning of the call I clearly identified
myself and explained I was NOT an installer.. They had no problem and
apologized for being difficult to contact. If you don’t ask, you don’t get
