There's a problem with that statement. It's that what EMC Regs (and
testing) calls common mode is not what Mother nature calls Common Mode
-- that is, it creates a net current on the cable that causes it to act
as an antenna -- that is, to radiate. The most effective suppression for
that is a ferrite choke that is near resonance at the frequency(ies) of
interest. I discussed that in later versions of k9yc.com/RFI-Ham.pdf so
