How about a practice target at the firing range?

When we had our present house built, an iron clad rule went down: 1) No
fluorescent lighting, 2) No CFLs, and 3) No electronic
"transformers".

Now, I can't even buy resistive lighting. Test every LED light, and I do
mean every, LED light I buy before purchasing more of like kind and from
the same batch.

And the FCC doesn't give a rip!!
