Hi Bill,

if you have used the buffer tag "<16>" to send your RST in the exchange,
then you should (must!) set UsualRST=599. WF1B's CABRILLO.EXE will
generate a log with 599 anyway. :-)

Summary for all further contests, when you want to use WF1B's RTTY.EXE

1. in RTTY.INI set "UsualRST=599"
2. use the buffer tag "<16>" to send your default RST in the exchange.
3. check the log in Cabrillo format, if "599" is set for sent and
   received RST's.
