[RTTY] Multi-port serial boards

Cuz I started with 1 computer for each radio and I like it that way! It also 
gives me a backup copy of the contest log, just in case something 
happens to one computer. And, I've also done a few contests multi-
single (not RTTY) for which the second computer is needed.
