[RTTY] Cabrillo Solution

For those of us who struggle with Cabrillo files, I think I may have found 
the solution during a recent visit to the west coast.

For those wishing to conquer this demon once and for all, the answer lies 
in Aptos, CA.  You, too, can become a contest software consultant by 
getting your degree from none other than Cabrillo College.
