Regarding the date SCC RTTY contest: In the booklet they
sent me with the certificate for last year's contest, they
publish the rules of the contest. They clearly state the
following:

2. CONTEST PERIOD

Last full weekend in August, from 12.00 UTC in Saturday
to 11:59 UTC on Sunday.
In year 2003: 30/31 August
