Truly a mess, eh?  They might as well stop giving out call area certs.  I
wouldn't want to be starting out in RTTY in a prop-challenged hole and have
my area's cert always being won by a guy living in the pinnacle of prop
using my area number.  LoTW certainly complicates the matter.  I guess I
feel better about my 1st W9 certs - maybe I was indeed competing with 9's on
the coasts and gulf!  harhar  73
