Not the same as an LDE. I think there is STILL no explanation for LDEs.
They are several second delays, IIRC. Spooky!

Have heard it a few times, on 10 meters. First time I experienced it...I
didn't realize what it was.
Is this the same as LDE (Long Delayed Echos)????
