Yup,

I got my reminder about a week ago and my cert. expires on Feb 23. It was very easy to renew the cert.

As someone else said, they sent out a reminder about a month before they expire. I got a couple at about the same time. They send one out for each certificate you have.

Best to keep you email address current in LOTW. Or use your callsign@arrl.net address, then when you change addresses you only need to change where your arrl.net address points.

Did any of you know that your LoTW certificates have to be renewed every
year? I found out the hard way last night after trying to upload my XE
RTTY log. The program continually crashed for no apparent reason, just
before I tried to sign the .adif file. After much head scratching, I
found my certificate, which I originally got on Jan 20, 2004 had
expired.

Normally, one can renew the certificate easily by selecting a menu
option, but once it has expired, that option no longer exists. You have
to apply for a new one. Too bad one does not get a warning of any kind -
at least I didn't.

So check your certs, guys, and don't get caught short like me.
