[RTTY] NAQP RTTY practice

hi - I know Dean N6DE was intending to announce an NCCC NAQP RTTY practice 
for thursday and friday nights (7:30pm-8pm PST Thursday; 6:30pm-7pm PST 
Friday).

Just wanted to give a heads up - more details will be forthcoming.
